Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and cozy rooms, though it was a bit unfortunate that my terrace was often mistaken for part of the pool area. While the service was generally efficient, the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, the value for money is decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in the dining experience.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The rooms were clean and met our needs, although they could use a few touches to make them feel more homey. The location was fantastic, very close to the city center and a beautiful cenote, but the dining options were quite basic, which left something to be desired. The service was adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, but my terrace felt more like an extension of the pool area, which made it hard to enjoy. The service was decent, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town square. However, the breakfast left a bit to be desired, being quite basic and lacking variety.
The hotel was located right by the pool, which unfortunately made it hard to enjoy my terrace as people often mistook it for part of the pool area. The rooms are spacious with plenty of electrical outlets, but sound insulation was lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wish I could have enjoyed a bit more privacy on my terrace.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The location was absolutely perfect for getting around the city, and the room decor was stylish, although I did find the noise insulation lacking. The dining options could use a bit more variety, and while the service was decent, there were some areas that felt a bit lacking in attention.
