7.2/10

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and cozy rooms, though it was a bit unfortunate that my terrace was often mistaken for part of the pool area. While the service was generally efficient, the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, the value for money is decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in the dining experience.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were basic but comfy and very clean. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, but being on the pool level meant people frequently mistook my terrace for poolside seating.
Service
8.0
The service overall was efficient, providing good housekeeping and shuttle options, which was convenient for our needs.
Location
9.0
The hotel is very close to both the town's cenote and the main square, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit lacking, as the breakfast was basic with limited options. It could definitely be improved to enhance the overall stay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities met my needs, although they could be updated to enhance the experience further.

6.8/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The rooms were clean and met our needs, although they could use a few touches to make them feel more homey. The location was fantastic, very close to the city center and a beautiful cenote, but the dining options were quite basic, which left something to be desired. The service was adequate, but nothing extraordinary.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were simple but clean, with good air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. I was on the pool level, which was unfortunate since people often mistook my terrace for pool chairs, making it hard to enjoy.
Service
7.0
Service was decent, with effective housekeeping and other standard services, but there wasn't anything that wowed me.
Location
9.0
The location was absolutely fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the main square and very close to a cenote.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite basic. The breakfast was a bit lackluster, with only toast and butter offered, which I found disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were alright—nothing luxurious, but functional. The pool area seemed nice, though it was hard to relax there because of the crowding.

7.4/10

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, but my terrace felt more like an extension of the pool area, which made it hard to enjoy. The service was decent, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town square. However, the breakfast left a bit to be desired, being quite basic and lacking variety.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were quite spacious and well-equipped, though my terrace being at pool level led to some privacy issues.
Service
7.0
The service was adequate, offering basic room service and housekeeping.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, only 250 meters from the town square, making it easy to explore.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was basic, with options like toast, butter, jam, and cereals, which didn’t quite hit the mark for variety.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were standard; the pool area looked nice but had its drawbacks for privacy.

7.6/10

The hotel was located right by the pool, which unfortunately made it hard to enjoy my terrace as people often mistook it for part of the pool area. The rooms are spacious with plenty of electrical outlets, but sound insulation was lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wish I could have enjoyed a bit more privacy on my terrace.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious and come with plenty of electrical points, but there’s not much sound insulation, so I could hear everything going on outside.
Service
7.0
I didn't comment on the service in detail, but I would say it met my expectations.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Cenote Zaci and the town square, which allows for easy exploring.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The location was absolutely perfect for getting around the city, and the room decor was stylish, although I did find the noise insulation lacking. The dining options could use a bit more variety, and while the service was decent, there were some areas that felt a bit lacking in attention.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were stylish and had super luminous blinds that provided privacy when closed. However, I could hear everything outside; definitely bring earplugs!
Service
6.0
While the service was fairly responsive, I felt it could be improved as it sometimes seemed a bit slow.
Location
10.0
The location is great for exploring the city by foot, and I loved that Cenote Zaci was just a short 5-minute walk away.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were available onsite, but I found the offerings to fall short of expectations, especially when it came to variety.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent overall, but nothing stood out as particularly impressive.
